Waverley Equity (WE) is a privately owned property investment and development company focussing on opportunities in the South East (mainly outside London), particularly in Surrey and Hampshire.

WE has various developments and investments, including office, restaurant, retail and residential properties– our investments and developments.

In 2022 WE continued with both its investment and development property activities; taking time to adapt its business model to the significant market changes over the past two to three years including embarking on various projects to maximise the value of its developments and investments. It is also actively seeking new property for development for 2023 and beyond.
