Waverley Equity (WE) is a privately owned property investment and development company focussing on opportunities in the South East (mainly outside London), particularly in Surrey and Hampshire.

WE has various developments and investments, including office, restaurant, retail and residential properties– our investments and developments.

In 2022 WE continued with both its investment and development property activities; taking time to adapt its business model to the significant market changes over the past two to three years including embarking on various projects to maximise the value of its developments and investments. Philip and Colette are Chartered Surveyors and set up Waverley Equity after completing the sale of a previous business they co-founded to a NYSE listed US Consulting firm. They have worked together for over twenty five years, originally at Arthur Andersen and have been in partnership since 2002. They have built high quality property investments in the South East, including offices, retail and residential investments, producing top grade rental income, as well as a pipeline of developments including mixed use and residential developments.
